Thanks to a tested system of suppliers, ZML Aluminium can offer machined castings, tested in accordance with the Customer's specifications and ready for the assembly.
ZML Aluminium has developed a great experience in the production of gear boxes, and is therefore able to offer the Customer an important support in the codesign phase. The technical skills to develop a complex project with the Customer and to manage different alloys with more furnaces, are the result of a reliable process technology applied to high pressure die-casting machines up to 2500 tons.
The production of this type of parts shows the high process reliability reached by ZML Aluminium.
ZML Aluminium is able to support the Customer in analysing the extension of high pressure die-casting to parts traditionally produced with other technologies. In this way, the lightness and the mechanical properties of aluminium will be transformed into better performances and a greater dynamism of the motorcycle where the part will be assembled.
